Who owns the state? (Latvian: Kam pieder valsts? / KPV) is anti-establishment party in Latvia. It is founded by by Artuss Kaimiņš. It is currently the smallest party represented in the Saeima. The party has registered its name under KPV LV.
The political party “KPV LV” takes a fiscally conservative stance regarding fiscal policy and fiscal responsibility. It turns against nepotism and puts as a priority the rights of taxpayers. As a blueprint for Latvia’s economic development, the party endorses the principles of endogenous growth theory.
